blob.slice([start[, end[, type]]])

• start <number> 起始索引。

  ¥start <number> The starting index.

• end <number> 结束索引。

  ¥end <number> The ending index.

• type <string> 新 Blob 的内容类型

  ¥type <string> The content-type for the new Blob

创建并返回包含此 Blob 对象数据子集的新 Blob。原来的 Blob 没有改动。
